Pay at the After Hours Night Deposit Box

Night deposit available 24 hours.

The after hours night deposit box is located on the West side of the building by the Drive thru window. Any payment placed inside the drop box will post the next business day. After Hours Night Deposit Box Location: 501 Shady Shores Drive, Lake Dallas, Texas 75065.

Pay at the Drive-Thru Window

The drive-thru Window is staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. and is located on the West side of the building. Payment can be paid at this drive-thru window during normal business hours. Please provide a copy of your bill upon payment. Drive thru Location: 501 Shady Shores Drive, Lake Dallas, Texas 75065.

Contact LCMUA at (940) 497-2999 to setup automatic payments which will draft monthly directly from your bank account.

All bills for services rendered are due upon receipt. If not paid by the close of business on the due date, a late charge of 10% will be assessed. All past due charges are due immediately or service will be subject to disconnection.
